Attorney Ken Malkowski graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School (2010) where he was an associate editor of the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. Ken earned his B.S. in electrical engineering, cum laude, from the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2005). Mr. Malkowski has previously worked at the Department of Justice and at the AM Law 100 firm, Foley and Lardner LLP, as an attorney, in the Detroit, MI office.


As an Estate Planning Attorney at Dallo Estate Planning, PLLC, Ken is dedicated to developing a personalized estate plan that considers each clients’ goals, values, and dreams as well as their hard-earned assets through meticulous attention to detail.  As a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer married to a Realtor, Ken is keenly attuned to the pitfalls that can occur when property is forced to pass through the probate process. Each estate plan is carefully crafted to provide you with peace of mind knowing that control over your legacy, protection for your family and minimizing unnecessary costs are realized.

Outside of the legal profession, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife, Endrina, traveling, attending Michigan football games and playing doubles in pickleball tournaments.
